I got a tattoo a few hours ago and I washed it. Now it looks slightly faded is this normal?

The artist said I could wash it after a couple hours, i waited 6, so I did so carefully, now it looks less black.

    I looked it up, and it suggested that a person should wait at least 24 hours before washing that area.

    You washed some blood off , so it has changed .
