What is the best free software to livestream from my pc?

    OBS is free and open source. It is a good program. Though it requires some fiddling around with the settings to get it to work correctly.

    Also, note, that you have to have a pretty powerful PC to game and stream simultaneously as well as a good Internet connection.

    Update: In that case, you would need a capture card. The capture card will have 1 HDMI input and 1 HDMI output as well as a USB interface for your computer OR a PCI-E connector if it is an internal one. You plug in your 'source' video to the input, your TV or other monitor to the output. You then run the software and tell it to stream off of the capture card. Those are generic instructions, so it may vary a bit depending on the hardware you're using.
