My koi had babies?

So, what do I do now assuming that they survive through this coming winter? It’s early yet, it’s only June, but considering that winter comes fast, what do I do with the new fish if they are in the pond next spring along with the other parent fish?

Big fish will eat little fish, so if you can separate them and feed them they have a better chance to survive, they will be big enough by winter as long as your pond is deep and has a heater if you are in a cold climate.
