Is it true that 12K of 14K kids in border camp came alone , BUT none of 14K would be there if they came through legal entry points?
They are there because they crossed the border elsewhere to avoid our legal process because they know they would fail the amnesty requirements for entry. They are simply giving the good people of the USA the middle finger.
Please replace "amnesty" with "asylum" in the above comment

The parents of the kids in question who are to blame. Most ( I e 12000) came without parents who paid cartels thousands of dollars for the service which subjects the kids to inhumane treatment during the trip. But of course , you are not concerned about that or the fact that the blame for that lies with the parents. What do you propose to solve this most inhumane problem of child abuse. At least Trump is trying to stop it by enforcing our laws regarding border protection.

I’d deposit these kids on Mexico territory near legal ports of entry and let Mexico transport them to their homes. If they wander into the USA again I’d bring them back to the border. Not our problem as we cannot be responsible for the world. They are ILLEGAL and should be treated as such.

I often wonder what horrible course of action would constitute as being too much for people like you. Locking up children indefinitely because of the choices of their parents sounds okay to you?
