Why is my ps4 getting so slow download and upload speeds?
So I am using my phone s hotspot since I have no Wi-Fi at my house. I have it in the exact spot where my phone gets 4GLTE and it stays there. My ps4 is 3 feet away on my desk. But my ps4 still says i only have 300kbps download and 140kbs upload. Is there some i can do to fix my download speed
P.S. I always have my ps4 turned on rest mode, and I have tried the dns thing, it doesn t work.

EDIT: I am trying to download the zombie chronicles addition for black ops 3. It is 13.166 GB and I am currently at 8.618 GB. But the thing is, it has taken my like almost 4 days to get it where it is right there.
