How can I have my name and/or picture next to my answers, instead of a question mark?

Try refreshing your account preferences or just be active for awhile, eventually Yahoo! Answers will get it right as it usually doesn't, lol.

Its a Glitch that has Happen with lots of people Including my Self To fix it click on the Wheel

then go to Account Info then click on your Current name Even if you dont want to change it Submit

it and then your Name should be Restored

Since that is a glitch on Yahoo's end, you'll need to wait until it's fixed.

Go to the gear symbol in the top right of the page and click it, then click account info. You can set your nickname and avatar there (or reset them), If that function is working. It can take 2-3 days to take effect.

Question marks appearing is usually a Yahoo glitch.

There is NO phone help from Yahoo for free accounts.

Any helpline numbers that appear as answers are scams.
