Never combine preventatives unless vet recommended and/or prescribed. If your premise is infested, then that must be dealt with first, otherwise you will continue to have fleas.
Vacuum the entire premises, thoroughly, dispose vacuum contents outside in a sealed container. Steam clean all carpets, tufted furniture, mattresses, pillows, wash everything else that is washable in hot water, hire an exterminator, if needed, dust the entire premises in food grade DE, use vet recommended preventative on or give the dog as recommended by your vet.
Bathing the dog is not necessary, many OTC shampoos do not work, may cause more harm than good and removes any topical preventative you may have applied. Plain water will remove any existing fleas that are on the dog.

A good question FOR YOUR VET..... who you (hopefully) bought the Bravecto from. I would assume you need to treat the house & yard, not just your dog. But doubling up on flea products (on the dog) while the originally applied PESTICIDE product, is still IN EFFECT (which it is) is a good way to make the dog EXTREMELY ILL. Do not do something stupid, you cannot undo.
Consult YOUR VETERINARIAN..... who sold you the BRAVECTO and find out what can (or cannot) be used in conjunction WITH IT (if not on the dog) then in your home and yard to conquer your flea infestation.

Doubling up the pesticide use on your dog can do permanent damage to the dog's liver function. I would not do it.

If she still has fleas, that means you have a bad flea infestation & it wouldn't matter what you put on her, she will still get fleas. You have fleas all through the house & the yard. That has to be dealt with first. If there are no fleas to get on the dog, normal protection like bravecto should work.
Do some research on getting rid of fleas. There are no home remedies that really work. You have to spray EVERY THING with an insecticide, inside & out. They are in your bedding, in your carpet, curtain, furniture... they are every where.. cracks in walls & floors. It could take a couple of months to get that all cleaned up. Clean the yard of weeds, spray the entire yard every two weeks for at least 3 treatments to kill off all the life cycles of the flea. You can call in an exterminator who can use stronger poisons & get both the house & yard sprayed.
As a retired dog groomer, I used Happy Jack kennel Dip 11, they have a large line of insect stuff. google the name. I always bought online so I don't know if any stores carry it now. The dilution rate is one ounce per gallon of water if used on your dog, two ounces per gallon as a spray. Inexpensive & very effective.
