Front brakes and back brakes help?

So I bought set of brake kits for the front side of my car, it's a 2005 chrysler 300c 5.7L. I was wondering if I can purchase the same kit for the back?

    The rear brakes would most certainly be different than the front.

    No, front and back brake pads and calipers are different.

    So ask the auto store where you bought the front kit. Do you have disks or drums on the back?
