    The two are not mutually exclusive. Very successful nations like Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, Germany, France, etc. are a mix

    Every system is Capitalist. Socialist models just limit (in reality) who gets to be the Capitalists. Which, is always the "Greater among equals or their cronies) .

    Most systems are mixed. I believe in a system that looks to the individual first, to solve most of it's issues, then the government steps in. Military, border security, fire protection, police are not things that an individual can accomplish on their own. Taking care of their own personal affairs is.
