    3rcosθ+5rsinθ = -3

    r(3cosθ+5sinθ) = -3

    r = -3/(3cosθ+5sinθ)

    x = r * cos(t)

    y = r * sin(t)

    x^2 + y^2 = r^2

    That's all you need to remember

    3x + 5y + 3 = 0

    3 * r * cos(t) + 5 * r * sin(t) + 3 = 0

    r * (3cos(t) + 5sin(t)) + 3 = 0

    r * (3cos(t) + 5sin(t)) = -3

    r = -3 / (3 * cos(t) + 5 * sin(t))
