Why do we have a 2 party system in the US, so they can blame each other BLAAAAA?

The bilateral, exclusively two-party elements of U.S. politics are -- I think -- coming to some resolution. That said, my Passports are current. ;)

I cut and paste the below since everyone loves that. I accept the label of "liberal", but am conservative on many points.
