How do I lose weight?
I am going away on holiday in a bit over 3 months and I would like to lose some weight to get a bikini body. Can someone please help me? I need to cut out junk food but I’m not sure how to?

Since plant foods are usually low in calories per amount of food, make your diet highly plant based and make vegetables, fruits and legumes into staples in your diet.
Drink mostly, if not only water (and a lot of it) and try to drink water as soon as possible after waking up to kickstart your metabolism.
Do HIIT, if possible I recommend sometime in the morning. Things such as squat jumps, burpees and sprints are good.
