My girlfriend is attracted to the D# note? Very confused.?

So I paly piano on a daily basis and I try to keep it down when she's working in the kitchen, but every time I play a D#, she lets out this strange noise. I hadn't heard anything quite like it before this. It was a mix between the moan of a Hispanic maid and the sound a bottle of coke makes when you smash it on the headboard.

At first, I thought she had some sort of anxiety about it, like it was the note her rapist played before he stuck it in or something, but I'm confident that this is something bigger. Something worth examining. Any thoughts?
