    If construction and safety issues can be met, space elevators. google it

    Any point where you are go straight up for at least 100 km above sea level.

    1. Have Lots of Money. (lots of it)

    2. Pay the Russians for a trip to the Space Station. This has been done before and is you best chance.

    3. Pay Space X for a Trip into Space.

    4. Build your own shuttle.

    Rockets. It's the only way to go.

    Although... there *was* the HARP gun - it shot projectiles up to 111 miles altitude... but, if you were to hitch a ride, you'd be basically a glob of jelly by the time you got to the end of the muzzle of the gun...
