Why do most of the questions on here look like they’re written in an Asian language?

Because the site has been invaded by Chinese spam.

The posts you refer to come from spam bots, but one or more humans are programming them. They are being paid by the company they are posting for, to enhance search engine optimization for that company (or so it appeared when the posts began a month or so ago). We don't know when or if Yahoo will take action. All we can do is report them, ignore them, or leave YA. The posts are ALL OVER the site. Hopefully they will be dealt with soon. MANY questions have been asked about this already (it amazes me so few people think to check in the Answers category to see if a problem with the site has already been addressed). The site's been heavily flooded with them since the weekend of July 7th.

Because they are Spammer Bots Posting to Bother and Annoy other people the only thing you can do is Report it and Ignore it

They are written in the Chineses Language. So it could be coming from China, Singapore, Taiwan or any China Town in the world.

Because THEY are in Asian languages is why.

REPORT as many of them as you can tolerate as ToS violations. THIS has been going on for MORE THAN TWO months,, but Verizon IS NOT PAYING THE STAFF to do your reporting FOR YOU. Report ANY answers to those questions as well. YA is being FLOODED with Asian language questions by computers that can post far faster

than any human being can report individual questions .

The whole point of the spam attack may be to overload the Verizon server computers with so much spam that they crash.

The Asian language questions on YA are part of spam compaign using multiple accounts posted by one or more server computers as spam attack in MANY categories and subcategories of YA over the last 2 Months , but it has become worse over the last 2 wo weeks as of late July 14, 2018. Those accounts are probably being PAID BY THE POST to post spam on YA Or somputer scri9pts are being used to post question very quickly , or both..

Yahoo Inc, CANN OT DO ANYTHING because Yahoo inc NO LONGER EXIST.S VERIZON has OWNED Yahoo and YA since june 13- 14, 2017, 13 MONTHS ago. Berizon empleoyees may not be able to do anything simply becuas things are being posted to fast, it takes MONTHS to CODE spam filters that will already be OUTDATED AND Verizon employees may not have the technical knowledge or there may not be ENOGH Verizon employees to do much.

What is exacerbating the problem is SOME people are ANSWERING those questions and are POINT GAMING,. So you have to report the answers ALONG with questions. And ONE report alone is NOT enough to trigger VERIZON'S computer programs and server computers to delete the Asian language questions from the YA display. Even then , they are STILL IN VERIZON'S DIGITAL DATABASE. Consuming MORE memory space. THAT may be part of the REAON for the spam attack, or overloading the server computers so much they crash.

All any YA community member can do is NOT ANSWER the questions and REPORT as money of the Spam question as ToS violations as you can stand to report at any one time..

There have been so many questions about the Asian language questions that i've finally decided to create a stndard reply text file that I can just copy and paste. I realize that I may not be directly answering all the details of some questions.

Verizon is NOT REQUIRED to do ANYTHING about these spam, especially if they s don't have ENOUGH EMPLOYEES to or the employees do NOT have the technical knowledge and shutting down YA for major maintenance would mean Verizon LOSES TOO MUCH MONEY because the businesses that PAY Verizon for ADVERTISING SPACE ON YA decide NOT to buy anymore advertising space ON YA..
