U.K.) horrible job advisor forged my signature on an application form...can I do anything about it?

Question

She sent me an email saying:

“Hi,

Just to let you know i have competed the application form for you and it will be taken to the employer on Friday this week. Best of luck with your interviews tomorrow
  
Kind regards”

When I attended it a guy who works with her came over to me with the application form and asked me if it was my handwriting and I said no and he gave me a blank one to fill out. Why did she fill it out then I don’t understand

She wanted to get you the interview!  Probably had to get it in on a deadline.  Why question everything, just look at the good that happened. You got the job AND the opportunity to fill out the application properly.
