    Pot roast, tasty and filling, though to many people it sounds boring. Redfish, yeah, not my ball of wax.

    Saturday night;

    Bar-b-q roasted whole Hutterite chicken w/wild rice and broccoli. Dessert was strawberry rhubarb pie.

    Chased back with copious amounts of beer and Scotch.
