How China gets away manufacturing Japanese products if it's illegal?

On ebay I always see anime stuff saying shipping from china.especially if their law doesn't want children in China owning toys or watching anime.

China has never controlled its country from pirating just about everything from countries all over the world. If it's popular, the Chinese will produce it cheaper for their own profit. Music, movies, toys, car parts, audio equipment, furniture, toiletries...everything done using inferior products, and many times, poisonous, like their lumber, which has a reputation of being coated with hazardous chemicals. The US has tried to get China to stop illegal manufacturing, but if restrictions don't come from within their own government, how can other countries stop it. There's money to be made using cheap labor, cheap materials, and the unrestricted Internet as your avenue to commerce profitability. There's very little that can't be sold on eBay.
