Why do I feel so ugly?
People tell me I’m beautiful. Whether I’m at work, church, or school people say that I’m an attractive person. But, when I look in the mirror or look at one of my photos, I see someone who is ugly/average looking. Are people just being nice to me? I Look at the girls at my university and job and I often think about how I wish I looked like them. Why am I so down on myself? I want to have high self esteem but it’s so hard for me to think of myself as beautiful when what I see In the mirror/photos is not.
