    Equation of circle: (x -1)^2 +(y+1)^2 = 85

    Center of circle: (1, -1)

    Radius of circle: square root of 85

    Dilate (5, -6) by factor -1, with respect to center (1, -1).

    (5, -6) → (-3, 4)

    Now you want the circle with a diameter having endpoints (5, -6) and (-3, 4).

    (x - 5)(x + 3) + (y + 6)(y - 4) = 0

    x² + y² - 2x + 2y - 39 = 0

    =>

    r = √[(5-1)^2 + (-6+1)^2] = √41

    (x-1)^2+(y+1)^2 = 41
