    2y^2+20y-x+48 = 0

    x = 2y^2+20y+48

    x = 2[y^2+10y+24]

    x = 2[(y+5)^2-25+24]

    x = 2(y+5)^2 - 2

    vertex: (-2, -5) => open right

    also,

    x = 2[y^2+10y+24] = 2(y+4)(y+6)

    y-int. (0, -4), (0, -6)
