What changes can I expect after turning Italian?

I just decided to become Italian, and I'm kind of worried. I know my mustache will grow faster, and sausage will taste better, but are there any downsides to becoming Italian?

    You can expect to be taxed to Death.......and bridges collapsing from such shoddy construction.

    Oh,and watch out for the Bombe d'aqua. Those wipe out some entire town, about once a month, somewhere in Italy.
