I've tried everything, but as a minor, i just cant find a suitable way to earn substantial money, I've tried everything online and lots irl, combined, with about two months of hard work, im at 100, any ideas?

You have to provide either goods or services. If you are a teen and don't have assets, you'll be working.
Not sure what you mean by "substantial money". What do your friends do?
Whatever you do, the WORST thing you can do is get a criminal record. So work and save.
