Is it okay for other employees to clock me in and out as long as I'm working the hours I get paid for?

    I seriously doubt you will find one company that would find that acceptable. I would stop this practice right now!

    That would pretty much completely defeat the whole purpose of an employee clocking in and out.

    The correct answer IS NOT an issue of law.

    It is an issue of company policy. In MOST cases, it is a violation of company policy, but there are likely exceptions as long as the company is aware it is happening.

    It is never OK to have someone fraudulently pretend they are you on official documents, which is what that time card is.

    Only if you have the express permission of your employer to do so. Most jobs with time clocks will require you to personally clock in and out.

    No, you are responsible and liable to clock yourself in/out........ not only will you get sacked the person clocking you in will too
