Live in Florida, Does a person with a CWP allowed to enter my home with a hand gun?

    Thats your choice. If you own the house you can forbid guns if you choose.

    Your house, your rules. You can prohibit anything you want. All you need to do is post a sign saying "no firearms allowed". I would just suggest you make the sign small enough so potential burglars don't see it.... they love to target unarmed houses.

    Like everywhere, even in wacko states like Florida, you can put up a sign that says NO FIREARMS PERMITTED. Problem solved.

    If you allow them to come in, but they don't need to preemptively disclose it to you. You would have to ask them upfront before they come in your house.
