How can I backup all sync data? Autofill, Bookmarks, Cards, Downloads, Executed Tabs, History, etc. Google Chrome.?

Update:

I want to backup all sync data (not just passwords), how can I do that because I forgot my sync passphrase and I need to reset sync & backing up all my sync data.

    Sign into chrome

    Click on the 3 dots on the rt upper corner

    Settings

    click on sync settings

    to reset your sync settings

    Under "Encryption options," choose Encrypt all synced data with your own sync passphrase.

    Create and confirm a sync passphrase.

    Click OK.
