How come i see some questions that I cannot answer here on yahoo answers? does yahoo close out questions to not be answerable?

Yes. questions that are more than 7 days old often cannot be answered. The answer box will missing.

IF you are using amobile device, AND your mobile device is N OT DESKTOP MODE, You device may NOT have a complete internet connection with Yahoo computer network and THAT may why there is no answer box underneath a question. IF someone has BLOCKED your email account form answering their questions and commenting their answers, you will NOT be able to answer. your email account is only 4 days old, so i doubt if many or any one has blocked you..

Even if questions CANNOT be answered, they are STILL in Yahoo ?verizon's digital databases for VERY LONG time. IF they have been answered. And things DO glitch.

There is a glitch with the Submit button. Refresh the page and try again. You also will not be able to post if you have reached your daily limit or you try to put a percentage sign in your posts, and you will not be able to answer questions if an asker has you blocked or the question is closed.

Not long ago YA started closing questions after 7 days, where previously they were left open indefinitely.

Recently, new questions haven't been closing after 7 days, but older questions that had already closed have remained that way. New questions may begin closing again at any time, when the powers that be decide to reinitiate that feature.

On top of that, you can't answer a question by someone who has you blocked.

If its from one person they may have Blocked you or if its a Question that is a week old or Later After a Week Yahoo does not let anybody Answer it anymore
