Construction a function, A, for the amount charged for h hours of computer rental, if andrew entered the shop at 11:30 am and surfed the web for his research until 5:00 pm, how much will he pay for the use of the computer?

Big bytes Computer Shop charges $30 for the first hours ( = 30 ) of renting a computer. It charges $10 for each additional hour (+ 10x). Construction a function, A, for the amount charged for h hours of computer rental.
A = 30 + 10x where x = hours after first hour, so, x = h - 1 where h = total hours.
A = 30 + 10(h -1)
if andrew entered the shop at 11:30 am and surfed the web for his research until 5:00 pm, how much will he pay for the use of the computer?
11:30 am until 5:00 pm is 5.5 hours (convert to military time, 1700 - 1130 = 530 = 5.5 hours)
A = 30 + 10(h -1)
A = 30 + 10(5.5 -1)
A = 30 + 10(4.5)
A = 30 + 45 = $75
