Do black people think rap music and playing sports invented by white people like basketball and football is culture?

Music and sports of all kinds are indeed culture, regardless of what anybody of any color thinks. Including rap, basketball, and football.

Incidentally, the ancient Aztecs were playing pok-ta-pok, a basketball-like game, way back in 1400 BCE, milennia before a white man named James Naismith invented modern basketball in 1891 CE.

Black culture is stealing culture from non blacks.
