The sample will be biased as if the station plays mainly Country Western - the listeners will mostly be pro hunting - therefore biased toward guns but if the station plays mainly Classical or is like PBS then the listeners will be mainly city folks and they will lean 'anti gun' The better way to conduct the sample is tho have all radio stations in the area so the exact same survey and combine the results.

It's biased because radio stations have a format that draws a particular segment. Like a pop music station is going to have younger people than a classic rock station. You need to choose people at random.
