I suddenly can't eat breakfast. why?
Breakfast has been my fav meal of the day since I was a young child. I just turned 15 and suddenly I can't even THINK of eating breakfast! I wake up at the same time as usual, pretty much eat the same thing everyday as before, but for the last few weeks I haven't eaten breakfast.
At the thought of breakfast makes me want to gag or even vomit. Sometimes I can force down a fruit, but usually I am unable to eat anything until noon. What's going on?

I think you are talking so much pressure. Dont be so panic keep your mind relax while eating breakfast. Start with Eating something light that will easily digest to prevent from the nausea or vomiting. Do not eat too much in breakfast/

So you don't want breakfast...so what? You're not obligated to eat when you don't feel hungry. Just be sure to pay attention to your body. If you start to feel light headed or dizzy, eat something regardless of lack of hunger.

maybe it's time to adjust your diet....AVOID commercial eggs-cage free are fine, AVOID refined oils, deep friend anything uses refined oils not healthy at all, AVOID flour products, ceral, bread, donuts etc. AVOID sugar, AVOID milk......let that buzz around your head for a while.....there's still other stuff left in the grocery store.....plenty to choose from.....and breakfast is the most important meal of the day...not wise to skip. SAMPLE BREAKFAST ......meat/eggs, potato baked/mashed, fruit/OR juice only 4oz juice glass, coffee black......best wishes

I don't know the explanation but the same thing happened to me at 15/16. I now sometimes eat breakfast, not that often though.
