Why do I get these feelings when I think of or see someone licking a silver spoon?

If you have any level of autism, you would be prone to having aversions to certain stimuli. For whatever reason, your trigger is this particular thing. It may also be part of OCD. Speak with a therapist for the best answers. You can learn coping techniques over time.
