can i give back my disbursed student loans which just disbursed. I want to apply to a new school, and my student loans disbursed today.?

    MAKE SURE you follow the school's procedure about returning the loans AND withdrawing from classes.

    If the loans are federal student loans (Direct Stafford subsidized or unsubsidized), you can return the funds within 30 days of the disbursement. Contact your school's Bursar or Student Accounts office for information about their procedure for doing this.

    You will have to work this out with the office that disbursed the loan money to the school, and possibly with the school as well.
