Other than the risks of whatever fluid you are using, any pressure system is dangerous at close range.

Normally the fluid is ejected at great speed and atomizes in the air. Losing velocity so that at some distance it is quite harmless.

But at the nozzle the pressure might be capable of breaking the skin and injecting fluid directly into the body.

There are the risks of breathing fine droplets and I am sure that you don't want to tan the inside of your lungs.

And there is the risk of being arrested and thrown into gaol with a whole heap of less than savoury people for using a tanning salon without a licence.
