I m such a idiot I damaged my hair with gel now what? ☹?
I was pressing prettty hard with gel to spike up my hair. I m not so sure but after this day my hair seems thinner and receding 😢 please don t tell me my hair is receding because of this?

You STOP using anything but Water, for a year or so, until the Natural Hair grows back.
The Rate is approximately 1/2 Inch per month.
