I can't seem to get a DVD to play in my computer. It's WIN 8.1...What am I doing wrong? What's the procedure?

    Is it one particular DVD or DVDs in general? If it's all DVDs you try your computer either doesn't have a DVD drive (it's CD only) or the drive is bad.
