Chelsea - they were expected to flop.

Watford haven’t exactly had an hard games. I appreciate they’re a relatively small club but I think the credit has to go to spurs. To beat Man U 3-0 at Old Trafford is pretty impressive (this is coming from a chelsea fan). For me it would be spurs, Liverpool, chelsea, Watford

Liverpool easily, they won each game and deservingly so, unlike the rest.
Chelsea has not been impressive and are lucky to be at 9
Same for Spurs and Watford also.

To be honest, I gotta call it a draw.
Liverpool beat West Ham, Crystal Palace, and Brighton & Hove -- last, 10th and 12th respectively.
Tottenham beat Newcastle, Fulham, and Man U -- 16th, 11th, and 13th respectively.
Chelsea beat Huddersfield, Arsenal, and Newcastle -- 19th, 9th, and 16th respectively.
Watford beat Brighton & Hove, Burnley, and Crystal Palace -- 12th, 18th, and 10th respectively.
They've all feasted upon mid-table to lower-table foes. And some have had very unimpressive performances. So my most impressive team award after 3 games goes to -- NOBODY.

chelsea #1 LMAO
id say SPURS, Pool, Chelsea then Watford.
Spurs with the convincing 3-0 against man united
Liverpool being solid defensively should worry other teams cus we havent been like that in YEARS
Both Watford and Chelsea have had shaky performances

Liverpool, the defense looks revitalized and they're taking care of smaller teams which was a problem before.
Chelsea, sure you could say they are scraping bottom half sides like Newcastle and Arsenal but they're finding ways to win through just will power
Spurs, close with Chelsea but it seems like Fulham, Newcastle, and United were basically handing out easy wins on a platter
Watford, look much better since that Marco Silva loser left
