I've spoken to my broadband provider and they said there are no issues with the internet coming into the house. I get just over 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Both the Xbox and the sky box streaming Netflix are plugged into the router via ethernet. Any help would be much appreciated. 

It works on the odds occasion, but whatever I try, it rarely shows me what’s playing when I lock my phone. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve recently got a new cabinet with shelves which has a sound bar, sky box and Xbox one in it. I was playing the Xbox for quite a while, and when I was finished, the sky box, which is on the shelf above the Xbox was too hot to touch. There’s probably a gap of about an inch and a half between the Xbox and the shelf above it. Clearly I need some sort of cooling solution for my Xbox. I’ve heard that external cooling fans do more harm than good so I was just wondering if anyone can recommend anything? Thanks a lot.

Just wondering if anyone knows much about this laptop. Can’t seem to find any second hand models for sale online? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have a ltl acorn 6210mc wildlife camera and after changing the batteries last week, the menu has now become glitchy. None of the buttons seem to do what they're supposed to do, and so I can't change any of the settings. It is currently set to take just photos but it won't let me scroll down to see how frequently they are taken. When setting up the camera, it takes one photo when triggered and it doesn't take any photos after that. I have attempted a firmware upgrade, changed the sd card and plugged it into the mains socket without the batteries. The menu remains to glitch and basically has a mind of its own. Any explanations/possible fixes would be much appreciated.

I'm planning on buying a micro USB to USB adapter for my Tab S2 and was just wondering if I'd be able to use my wireless mouse and keyboard if I plugged my Logitech unifying receiver into the USB adapter?

I have a two year old Toshiba Satellite s50-b-12z which has an intel i7 processor and I'm finding it incredibly slow when I log in. The log in screen is very glitchy and delayed. I have the windows 10 log in where you click three times at specific points on a picture. Even once I've logged in my laptop is still really slow.

Any suggestions on how to speed up my laptop would be greatly appreciated.

I upgraded from standard to broadband to fibre optic broadband about 6 months ago. To begin with we were getting about 10 Mbps upload speed and 40 Mbps download speed. However, for the last couple of months I've only been getting around 10 Mbps download speed but the same upload speed as before (10 mbps).

I've used the diagnostic function in my router and it passes all the tests except for 'ping default gateway'. Not sure if this has anything to do with the problems though.

My router is a TP-Link TD-W9980 and our ISP is plusnet.

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

In my house, my phone doesn't detect my neighbours' wifi because they live quite far away. I was just wondering what channel and channel width is best for download speeds. My router is dual band so I have 2 different sets of settings for each band. Thanks for your help.
