Does my car meet the Driver's Test Requirements?

I'm planning to use my dad's car for my behind the wheel test in a month. He's worried that because someone hit his car which caused the front right headline to go inside the car a bit if it would meet the conditions required to use the car for the exam or if he's better off getting me a rental.

I provided a photo of the damage below and a closer look at it in the link below for reference.

That is very minor. I think it should be fine. But I can't be for sure due to it is different for different states. Maybe you should call and ask.

Minor damage that does not effect the safe operation of a vehicle is not a concern. Just be sure that the lights still work before you take it in for your driving test.

Well you can't drive a rental car unless you are of minimum age (25 in most cases) and have a drivers license. I think your car will be fine for the test.

The vehicles used for your road test must be safe, and in good condition, with all safety equipment working, and that includes all lights: headlights, brake and turn signals.
