Sounds like an anxiety attack. Lump in throat sensation is very common with this.

  • You're having a panic attack.I know this because I have panic disorder and get these attacks with the same symptoms you have. Anxiety and panic can not harm you..it just feels dangerous...

You have a hiatal hernia; the pressure of which is causing a panic attack and sourcing your other symptoms.

You are having an anxiety panic attack. TRUST ME, I've had PLENTY of those myself. If you're already taking medication for anxiety and/or depression, I'd suggest a regular relaxing exercise. Personally, I do yoga occasionally and have ginger tea in the morning and chamomile in the evening. Both are completely herbal with no added chemicals. I suggest the Yogi brand. It can be found in any Walmart. Warning: ginger is very strong and pretty spicy. They do add black pepper to the blend in case you are allergic. I understand how it feels. It's really scary, I know! Panic attacks can go on for a long time, but if it doesn't seem to be getting any better, go to the doctor; you may have a heart condition. Good luck!

No idea. Go to a doctor or urgent care. A heart rate of 110 is not very high. Normal is 60 to 100. Someone in Afib with RVR would have a heart rate in the 140s or higher.

Go to a bar and sink two or three tequilas. If no improvement see a doctor.

No one here can make an accurate diagnosis. You should either call your doc or head over at least to an urgent care, possibly the ED.
