You can't sue someone for entering the same business as you, even if they live at the same address.

You can be EVICTED for running a business in DIRECT VIOLATION of your lease.
You wouldn't have a case if your business was 100% legal.

Nothing.
Haven't you ever seen two grocery stores right across the street from each other and a gas station too? They all sell milk, gum and candy bars. No one is suing anyone.
You might be in violation of your rental contract if you are running a home business.
