Will we never be friends again?
So this guy (he's a Scorpio, if that helps) was a good friend of mine but about 5 months ago he asked me to block him. When I asked why, he told me I wouldn't get it and blocked me himself.
3 months ago I got in contact with him again. Someone told me that he'd been spreading rumors about me at his school. I confronted him and in my angst, said more than I should have. (via text)
About 3 days ago, I was seriously repenting all of my actions. I told him I was sorry and fortunately, he said that it's fine and that he no longer cares about me.(via text)
He considered me a really close friend and was terribly hurt when I said stuff to him. This was conveyed to me by his brother.
We're still not talking. He's blocked me. I miss him terribly. Is there anything that can be done now?

Is there anything that can be done? No. Its time to move on. Just as a side note - don't trust third party rumors and it doesn't matter that he's a Scorpio.

Once you trash someone you are done with them. If he was really spreading rumors about you, its good that you are done with him. And in the future, when someone blocks you, you need to understand and accept that they no longer want to be in contact with you.
Don't crawl after him and beg his forgiveness. Just remember your self worth and let this person leave out of your life.
You and he aren't meant to know each other.
