Is there an online community where I can discuss science real-time with others?

I want to discuss the monoclonal antibody delivery system online real-time but don't know where I could. I'm thinking reddit but don't have high confidence in it for some reason. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Go to meetup.com and join a science group. There are lots of similiar type groups on there for your area.
