Who do you credit this great economy to? President Trump, or President Obama and why?

Trump - because it was his undoing of the constraints placed on business by Obama that led to the change.

Obama started it.

Both of them. And Congress too.

Obama, because it all started when he was President (and he had to get through those bad economic policies of Dubya Bush) and went on for several years before Donald ever became president.

Obama for getting us on the right track to a booming economy. However, right now, with the economy still booming, credit has to go to Trump right now. But his future policies as far as the tax cuts go will cause a depression in the future.

The key word is "credit" but how long can the country function on massive deficit spending.

Credit ain't free.

Nobody because the American economy is in dire straights.

Obama turned the faltering economy around, Trump rode the wave. If you are born on third base, don't claim to have hit a triple.

Obama did nothing for America or its economy. Trump’s tax reforms and reduction in regulatory compliance costs have shifted the ROI for every investment being contemplated.

As I keep saying: if I set all my furniture on fire, it'll be nice and warm for a while. That is basically what Trump has done to the economy.
