A ball is thrown in the air: when rounding the maximum y height, you will get the wrong answer if rounding up?

for instance your answer should have 3 significant figures. The answer gives 13.05 m. Saying that the maximum height of the ball is 13.1 m would be a wrong answer? Should i say the maximum height is between 13.0m and 13.1m? suggestions?

Annoying as it may feel, if the final answer should have 3 sig. figs., then 13.05 gets rounded to 13.1

(That is true for any calculation - not just for a ball in the air!)
