Did you know trying to make kneeling during the national anthem a banned act is violating our 1st amendment right to freedom of expression?

Also, did you know people could still kneel during the national anthem using the Bible as their reasoning? Psalm 95: "O come, let us worship and bow down: let us KNEEL before the Lord our maker".

Sorry but the Supreme Court already ruled that there are limits to your rights at the work place. So kneeling

on the job is not protected.

That would be true if it was being done to the people in the stands. It is not true in the workplace where it is stated as part of the rules of behavior in the contract, that the players agree to when they sign.

There are differences in what you say. Kneeling before the Lord is one thing, and kneeling against the country is anther. And I will agree that banning kneeling would be an affront to 1st Amendment rights. Sports teams can set their own rules though, and if anyone wants to kneel they can do it in an out-of-sight place, like the locker room, or else they do not play. That would be a contract specification, and that would not interfere with 1st Amendment rights.

The Bible also says that there is a time and a place for everything (Ecclesiastes) and during the National Anthem is not one of those times.

Rubbish, players have no first amendment rights when they are at work.
