technically no, but it is sad and pathetic that a drunken frat boy was the best that the Republicans can find for the Supreme Court who has other skeletons in his closet.

Of course there is a chance. There are only two votes needed. I find it a sorry performance that the Dems focus all their efforts on a 'scandals & animals' approach, Does this mean they have no other objections? I would hope not. This is easily one that the Repubs could afford to lose, if necessary. But I don't feel that the sex case is strong at all. She wore a swim suit for protection. That means she was ready for some aggressive behavior. The entire "case" is built on new definitions of rape and sexual assault which are not supported by most Americans and certainly not the Repubs. It is the Feminist agenda which is on trial, not Kavanaugh.

She said she didn't know when, where or who was there. Lack of evidence makes me thing he will be vilified.

I fail to see how they could. She has no proof. She has no corroboration from other "witnesses" she claimed were there. There are a veritable metric sh*t-ton of people who have signed attestations that Kavanaugh has never acted that way.

Throw in the shenanigans about testifying to the committee, and it will be nothing short of a miracle for Dr. Ford's accusation to be given any validity.

Yes, the Democrats will claim she is telling the truth, unlike how they will claim Keith Ellison's wife isn't (although she has evidence of his assaults), but it is reasonable to opine they only do so for political expediency, rather than out of any conviction or true belief in her claims.

The Democrats will say and do anything, no matter how underhanded, to stymie Trump. They have indeed embraced evil as a political tactic.

In a SANE world, she would have been FORCED to appear before the committee holding hearings and COMPELLED to show something REMOTELY resbembling evidence before now.

Even if it were proven that he had done what LITTLE she actually claims happened THREE DECADES AGO, that wouldn't be an issue today. The MAXIMUM sentence had he been charged and convicted at the time, would have been served more than 30 years ago.

Her lifelong friend that she claims is a witness refutes the allegations. These accusations only exist in the distorted mind of ms. Ford.

Nope, her claims are holding water worse than a woman 40 weeks pregnant.
