Why lock your phone if I have no secrets?

I have iris scan, fingerprint, etc., but no secrets at all. Does it help with avoiding theft or what?

It means that if it is lost or stolen that your personal details are not readily available.

My partner has the access code for my phone if needed, and I can get into theirs if needed.

bud still have the speaker cone with the caved in part?

    is so,a method of repair

get some thick cotton thread,a curved sewing needle

, JB weld, heat the needle point to pass through the cone outside,so the needle holes are a half inch apart, & needle passes out the other side let the plastic cool, lightly tug both ends of the cotton thread so the inside bulge pops out & looks smooth, mix some JB weld with a toothpick, till it is grey charcoal color, apply with a flat bio lab spatula,a little one until the holes are filled & smooooth. let dry a day for the best strength

You never know WHAT could be gleaned- photographs, your location, and so forth. For example, I have numerous photos on my phone taken on my university, so someone would be able to tell what university I go to.

A stolen, unlocked phone is of use in the criminal world, think drugs, terrorism, &c. When the s... hits the fan, guess where it lands; on the original owner!

You think that way until somebody robs you.

Everyone has things they wouldn't want the world to know. I mean you do know the governments of several countries monitor your every move right?

Do you have any banking apps? The details to those you would want to keep secret.

Do you want any person to impersonate you and contact your friends and family?

Do you want someone to know where you live, where you work, what times you’re at home/work/school?

Everybody has secrets on their phones, secrets don’t have to be nudes or your browsing history.
