The concept of First World originated during the Cold War and included countries that were generally aligned with NATO and opposed to the Soviet Union during the Cold War. So these terms aren't really used anymore. Now it's "developed" and "developing" and those definitions come down to how industrially advanced a country is.

Since it depends on the Scale or parameters being used, there is no specific amount of each.

GDP PPP per capita, For example, China is rated as a third world country because of very low GDP ppp per capita, even when GDP ppp is bigger than the US
