    Insulin for my cat who is diabetic and has to get two shots a day. It's expensive but he can't live without it. So he gets it.

    i ordered a robocall blocker that blocks calls fronn telennarketers, i think its worth it and its expensive

    Coffeemate coffee creamer. All other brands are much cheaper, but none can come close to the taste.
